'What I'm Lookin' For' was released in 2015 and began a new chapter in Dan Weber's impressive musical growth. His stirring tribute to Woody Guthrie 'Oh Woody' won the prestigious Winfield, Kansas 'NewSong' contest and promptly rose to #2 on the national Folk DJ charts finishing 2015 as the #16 song of the year. What's more is that the everyman's anthem '(I Deal with) Crazy ALL Day', became a breakout hit at festivals from coast to coast as a crowd sing-a-long favorite.

'What I'm Lookin' For' showcased the hard-won wisdom and vulnerability of a more seasoned artist with cuts like 'That Time of Night' and 'Ain't Done Ramblin' Yet' and songs like 'Leaving Texas' landed him a rare 3rd Finals appearance in the legendary Kerrville 'New Folk' competition. The CD rose to #6 on the charts in May 2015 and ultimately finished as the #38 CD of 2015. In short, 'What I'm Lookin' For' surpassed expectations and vaulted Weber into the new echelon of must-hear and see Americana (Country-Folk) Singer-Songwriters.

Dan Weber plays a 1968 Gibson B-25 and a 2004 Martin OM-21. He uses L.R. Baggs pickups, D'Addario strings and Kyser capos. He wears a beat-up straw Stetson 'Diamond Jim' cowboy hat and Lucchese 1883 cowboy boots that desperately need new soles…
